I used my teaches scanner for this, so much better than what my home scanner can do, yet it still does not do the real colors justice.
I tried to fix it a bit in photoshop, but I was srsly left like 'lolwut?'

This took about, maybe 9 hours?
8 of which I was in the middle of a horrible fever.
Done in mostly in watercolor, which I feel like I have improved at. I finally can sometimes get a watercolor effect when doing the wet on wet technique. It always looked horrible before.
Acrylic for the eyes, and color pencil for wood detail(Because I couldn't find my watercolor pencils).

Though i told myself I'd start to research my subjects, I doodled this for fun, so I do not apologize if anything is wrong. xD

Anyways, I painted this as a gift for my boyfriend xD
I always ask if I can draw him something, but he never gives me something specific. its always 'suprise me', 'whatever you want', ect. Or it's something simple.
So I finally went with just doing something I wanted.
and hoped he liked it.Which he does apparently.
Whew.
and he named it xD
